Deal Dips and Drops Mini Workshop at Deal in Kent

Here is your chance to do the first workshop on some basic Dips & Drops.

 

One Hour Workshop!       All for just £5 per person !

The time has being limited to just one hour so that legs, backs and muscles are not over worked and in that time we will go over the basics. Once practised at your dance venues, we will then arrange the next workshop so you can gain confidence slowly and safely over time, allowing a far better chance of learning well and remembering ALL your key points. Thus making you a better dancer in the long term.
