Fri 28th July - Shoreham Soul
We are back at the Shoreham Centre tonight for a great night of ‘Big Screen’ Motown & Soul we will be playing classic Soul, Motown, Northern Soul, Funk & Reggae from the 60s 70s 80s on Friday 23rd July £7otd (£6 if you say you are on my mailing list)

PLUS, if you are in the Hastings area and like Motown & Soul then check out the Phoenix Arts Centre, 70s band The Real Thing are appearing there tomorrow, this event is being staged by the promoters of the UK’s biggest Soul nights so it is certain to be a great night. She is Jerry Lee’s little sister, she is known as ‘The first lady of R&R’ she is one of the biggest acts on the R&R circuit AND she is coming to The Winning Post on Friday 6th August. Plus she is being backed by The ROOSTERS.
A Truly great night of R&R is promised, early arrival is advised.

Jive Romeroes 20th August – A great R&R/Swing Band
A true ‘Crossover band’ who are able to please the R&R dancers & the Swing crowd, our last Twickenham Boogie night was a sell out, so we expect a great atmosphere on the 20th August for this band - details on my website
‘Gold’ Motown & Soul Weekender – 19th – 22nd November 2010
We had a fantastic time at The ‘Gold’ Summer Festival in Great Yarmouth and have been booked to return in November where I will be DJ’ing their Motown & Soul Weekender – this event attracts over 3000 ‘Soulful’ people so we can’t wait.

Well they came they played & they conquered, - We set the limit at 300 to ensure space for dancing and The Winning Post had reached capacity before the band appeared on stage. As predicted it was a fantastic night and a week later we are still getting Emails from the lucky ones that were there telling us what a great time they had.
