Linda Gail Lewis Friday 6th August
She is Jerry Lee’s little sister, she is known as ‘The first lady of R&R’ she is one of the biggest acts on the R&R circuit AND she is coming to The Winning Post in two days time on Friday 6th August. Plus she is being backed by The ROOSTERS.
A Truly great night of R&R is promised, early arrival is advised.

Fri 13th August - Imber Court, Surrey Big Screen Party Nights
We return to hugely popular Imber Court Party Nights for our regular second Friday of the month event, where we play our non stop mix of dance floor fillers & your requests from the 60s 70s & best of the 80s – As it is Friday 13th you may notice a few ghostly tracks being played!!!

Fri 14th August – We return to The Borough Hall Godalming
We are back at The Borough Hall after a short break - The format will be identical with non stop dancing to great music & big screen videos from the 60s 70s 80s & 90 - But the event is being run by The venue management (who have booked me to DJ every month), so advance ticket can be purchased from their website

Jive Romeros 20th August – A great R&R/Swing Band
A true ‘Crossover band’ who are able to please the R&R dancers & the Swing crowd, our last Twickenham Boogie night was a sell out, so we expect a great atmosphere on the 20th August for this band - details on my website
Fri 21st August - Shoreham Soul
We are back at the Shoreham Centre on the 21st for a great night of ‘Big Screen’ Motown & Soul we will be playing classic Soul, Motown, Northern Soul, Funk & Reggae from the 60s 70s 80s on Friday 21st August £7otd

Monday 23rd August - Over 30s Club Night in Hanworth – FREE ENTRY FOR ALL
We have a new ‘Over 30s Club Night’ opening in the Twickenham area, it is at The Royal Navy Club, Park Road, Hanworth TW13 6PP, which is less than 3 miles from The Winning Post & is a great venue with a large dance floor, parking for 100 cars, bar and of course fantastic music!!
It will be on once a fortnight initially then after 3 months we will review it. (There may be enough interest for a regular weekly event at Hanworth)
The format will be similar to our established events at Imber Court & Godalming, playing non-stop floor fillers with music videos on screen.
It will be music from the 60s 70s 80s + the best of the rest.
The opening night is Monday 23rd August 8 till 11 and it is FREE ENTRY FOR ALL on the first night £6pp on all other nights (£5 for affiliate members)
It has been a busy two weeks getting this new venture started, It was going to be at The Winning Post, but for reasons beyond our control that was not possible – details of the new Monday night club, plus events surrounding it are on my website
‘Gold’ Motown & Soul Weekender – 19th – 22nd November 2010
We had a fantastic time at The ‘Gold’ Summer Festival in Great Yarmouth and have been booked to return in November where I will be DJ’ing their Motown & Soul Weekender – this event attracts over 3000 ‘Soulful’ people so we can’t wait.
