There will be a Beginners class at 8.00pm, Intermediates & consolidation classes at 9pm and Freestyle from 9.30pm till 11pm with guest DJ John Miller (Jag Jive)
Kenley Memorial hall is a large hall with brand new wooden floor (oak), stage, free car park at the rear (through Station Rd) or free parking at the front on Godstone Rd.

Tickets are available now for the next 2 FRESH 3 Events at Burton Town Hall, Burton upon Trent. This incredible venue has three rooms and at these events you can dance in all three of them! The events run from 8:00pm 'till 2:00am on Saturday 4 September and Saturday 6 November.

FRESH 3 events kick off at 8:00pm in the Main Ballroom. DJ Rob Ambridge is in residence and is ready to play the set of his life! The first room is calle...d "EUPHORIA" and Rob will keep the music 'fast, funky and energetic' in keeping with the room name that will keep you on the dance floor all night long and begging for more. Room two is called "UTOPIA" and opens at 9:00pm. Rachel Pears is set to play the best Blues, Latin, R & B and WCS tracks to give you the freedom to express yourself on the dance floor. The third room is the "MILONGA" room and opens at 8:00pm with a free one hour tango workshop with Marc Forster and Rachel Pears. Marc will treat you to the ve ry best rhythmic and emotive tango tunes throughout the evening.

You can wander freely between all three rooms. Parking is free and on site.

Ross Carlin has agreed to teach two 6 week courses in Leeds this autumn. After being discovered by Capital Swing (formerly Boogie Nights) in Edinburgh, Ross began teaching weekly west coast swing classes. Continuing to train with Headliners, Ross also started to enter Jack & Jill and Strictly Swing competitions. He has sincedbeen placed 1st at the 2008 World Dance Masters in the Jack & Jill division and 1st at the 2009 European Swing Masters in the Strictly Swing division.

Ross's love for west coast swing is shown in his fun yet dedicated approach to teaching and he contantly strives to further both his students and his own dancing at all times.

Our first Leeds course was well received by those that attended and we have now extended the class to include a section for beginners.

Another regular Monthly Freestyle night at Worsbrough this SATURDAY, 14th August. A great chance to jive at this lovely venue, licensed bar & very friendly atmosphere. Jivers will be looking forward to this one again, the last one 3 weeks ago was packed as usual.
