1. Special Guest Teacher Heidi (Groskreutz) Burns Teaches At West Coast Swing Wednesdays Tomorrow, Wed 19 May!
Following a string of guest appearances at West Coast Swing Wednesdays and an amazingly successful workshop back in 2007-2008, Heidi (Groskreutz) Burns will be back tomorrow, Wed 19 May! She will be teaching an all-important Basic WCS FUNdamentals class suitable for all levels, followed by a WCS Patterns class for Intermediates. Our Beginner Review session will run in the small hall as usual. Something for everyone so make sure you don’t miss it!
For those of you who do not know of Heidi, she is (among many other titles) a US Open Showcase Winner and most recently shot to fame as finalist in the USA’s hit show, “So You Think You Can Dance”, partnering her cousin Benji Schwimmer who went on to win Series 2! Check out www.benjiandheidi.com. She is a fabulous, and I mean fabulous dancer and I urge you not to miss this opportunity to learn from the very best!

5. Brand New Improver-Level Class with Melanie Boyle & Peter Fradley, Twickenham, Launching Monday 7 June!
I am delighted to announce that West Coast Swing UK are introducing a brand new class taught by our very own Melanie Boyle & Peter Fradley (alternately) at our regular St. Mary’s Church Hall venue, Twickenham commencing Monday 7 June for a trial period of 8 weeks. This night will focus on bridging the gap between beginner level and Intermediate Plus level social WCS by spending more time covering Improver level techniques and patterns in a dedicated environment. We hope you will continue to support us in the launch of this new night and help us to grow an even bigger and better social WCS community throughout 2010!
